Mausam was 1975 movie from Gulzar which won two Filmfare awards and a National Award. Sharmila Tagore has appeared in dual role as mother and daughter. Her performance gave National Film Best Actress award.

Dr. Amarnath Gill (Sanjeev Kumar) and Chanda Thapa (Sharmila Tagore) both are lovers. He promises her that, he will return back and marries her after earning more money. But he fails to keep his promise. She marries an old man and gives birth to a baby girl and dies.
25 years later Amarnath returns back and comes to know about Chanda and her family. He finds her daughter Kalzi (Sharmila Tagore) in a brothel house and brings her to his house. He want to make her into refined woman. But she falls for Amarnath. Later the rest of movie carriesĀ some high emotions.
It was a feel god movie. Om Shivpuri and Dina Phatak were appeared in two other key roles.

Amar Prem is Bollywood classic directed Shakti Samanta . Rajesh Khanna, Sharmila Tagore ,Madan Puri were played lead roles.
Nandu is small kid suffers lack of love and affection. His mother is already passed away, his father marries another woman and always spends his time in work. Nandu’s step mother (Bindu) always beats and scolds him.They moves to new place on his father business work.
There he meets a Pushpa (Sharmila Tagore), she treats him as her own son. But Nandu’s step mother never likes this. With her force, Nandu’s father shifts his family to a new city. Nandu never forgets the caring nature of Pushpa.
After many years now Nandu (Vinod Mehra) is married to a beautiful girl (Farida Jalal) and his parents passed away. He is still keen to meet Pushpa, one day he goes to the place where he spent his childhood and enquires about Pushpa.
He met her or not, what he knows about her there is the remaining story. R.D Burman has given the music to this film.

Waqt is a good family entertainer, directed by Yash Chopra. Sunil Dutt, Raj Kumar, Shashi Kapoor and Sharmila Tagore played the lead roles in the movie. In those days this movie received very good response. Yash Chopra received a Filmfare Award as Best Director.

Kedarnath (Balraj Sahni) who is a rich person every year celebrates his sons’ birthday. All of their birthdays fall on the same date. On one birthday celebration an astrologer warns him about his future. But he ignores his words. Later he loses all his properties because of an earth quake. A rich couple take care of Ravi (Sunil Dutt). Last son Vijay (Shashi Kapoor) stays with his mother (Achla Sachdev) only.

All these three guys come back together and realize that they are brothers. And the family reunites.

Asha Parekh

Asha Parekh got an early start in movies thanks to Bimal Roy when she was just twelve years old. After a record number of hits like Teesri Manzil and Love in Tokyo, she started directing and producing television serials. She also became the first woman to head the Central Board of Film Certification and was the treasurer for the Cine and Television Artists Association.
Babita

Babita acted in just eighteen odd movies like Farz and Haseena Maan Jaayegi, cutting short her career in show business by marrying Randhir Kapoor. Her daughters Karishma and Kareena carried her torch.
Mumtaz

Like Parekh, Mumtaz made her debut in Bollywood when she was twelve. It took several small roles as an extra and supporting actress before she became the leading lady in movies like Do Raaste and Khilona.
Sharmila Tagore

The Bengali beauty Sharmila Tagore won several awards for her performances in Mausam and Araadhna. She raised conservative eyebrows when she wore a bikini. She married cricketer Mansoor Ali Khan Pataudi and two of her children – Saif Ali Khan and Soha Ali Khan are now big names in Bollywood.
Waheeda Rehman

Waheeda Rehman morphed from a vamp to the heroine and is known best for her performances in Sahib Bibi Aur Ghulam, Guide and Neel Kamal. She continues to shine, more recently seen in Rang De Basanti and Delhi 6.
